I want this to be a 5 star. Cause both my boys hair cut was perfect. The 2 ladies did an absolute amazing job. However this is why I'm writing this review. The store manager was there cutting a man's hair, my two year wasn't be the best of a customer. Wasn't screaming or crying. Just couldn't stay still. This is his second hair cut ever. The stylist was very understanding and had no problem. However the Manger proceeds to tk trash about my 2 year old. To another client. (After my sister wked put with him. I'm sitting at the chairs and she's cutting the man's hair. So a good distance away.) But still able to hear. So I will absolutely not ever be back when she is in store. If I come back at all. My child is two. And for a Manger to talk trash about a two year old. To another client. Is beyond uncalled for. Hopefully this review finds her well.

This is the third time I did not get the hair cut I asked. For the woman who cut my hair was rude. The hair cut was not that bad I asked how I could describe the style better so this would not happen she said get someone else to cut your hair.

Waited an hour and a half with my 2 you children. I was fine with that. Until someone walked in way past their scheduled time and the stylist put them next on the list in front of my two who were suppose to be next in line. I advised her that I had been there for over an hour and them missing their time so long that it had already rolled off was not my problem. She did not care and was ok with me just walking out and not getting my business. Unacceptable. Will not go to a sport clips again.

Met with Jamie and she understood what I was looking for. I am a retired Soldier so all I know is regulation haircuts. Since retirement I have grown my hair back to a style I had when I was a teenager. I had really long rocker hair. I was nervous because I really didn't know now what to ask for. She made me feel comfortable and understood what I was looking for. She did a great job. Overall experience was awsome. Went online and scheduled my time and walked in and went straight to the chair. I didn't get the true experience but what I did get was amazing.

I just got back home and I'm mad and maybe I should not write this review. But, I'm going to. They're is a lady in Texas going to jail to work and cut hair and this happens. I know it's trying times and everyone is acting like the world is coming to it's end. But here go's. I received a Email saying that you're now open, so when I get off work in the A.M. and stay up to go when you open. When I get there I see the sign that your temp. hours are from 12 to 6 P.M. I understand, trying times. I go home and sleep for a few hours and get up and go back I arrive at 5:30 and you tell me that your not taking anyone more for the day......I wast my time and my gas..... to spend my money at your store and you won't even take my money in the time that you post. You ask for people to come and give you work and money but then you turn them away. Maybe I should drive to Texas to get my hair cut, people there seem to won't to work. I know this seem PETTY over a little hair cut, but I had to vent......I guess they're no hair cutting HERO's in Ga.....Well that made me laugh. I"ll probably end up going back after I cool off, It"s just a hair cut and the place is ok......But, what a way to treat your customers. SAD!! You're not worth a star right NOW.

I sent my son who is 17 to get a haircut on 12 FEB 2020. I scheduled his haircut with the onsite manager because she has cut my younger sons hair and my oldest sons stylist was not working. Needless to say she was apparently rude to my son. He tried to explain what he wanted and she told him that she didn’t understand and then basically did what she wanted. He then told me she charged him 24.00 for just a haircut. The precision haircut is 19.00 which is what he got. The MVP haircut is 24.00 which includes a hot towel shampoo and massage. Non of these my son received. It makes me very very upset that because he was a kid and didn’t know what he was suppose to pay she took advantage of that and overcharged him. He did not give her a tip which I am glad. I will give sports clips another chance because this has been the only issue and have been going here for going on 2 years but I will make sure that I go with him from now on so he doesn’t get taken advantage of.

Friendly & clean environment. However, after getting home with my 13 year old son. It was unfortunate to see that the back of his hair where it was cut using a #2 clipper but was a diagonal line and not straight at all. We never went back. It's too bad, b/c I think he liked going here.

I’ve been a customer for years with Sportclips in Columbus GA. The only complaint I’ve ever had is the occasional wait due to the high traffic in the store. This past weekend we used the online check in and I have to say that experience is a game changer for Sportclips. Checked in online with my sons stylist with a 35 min wait. I got there about 10-15 mine before my appt, waited 5 mins and my son was sitting with the stylist. We were in and out with zero issues. Great experience! I highly recommend marketing it more because I know other customers would love it. Use the TV’s in the store to run an occasional push of checking online?
