I sent my son who is 17 to get a haircut on 12 FEB 2020. I scheduled his haircut with the onsite manager because she has cut my younger sons hair and my oldest sons stylist was not working. Needless to say she was apparently rude to my son. He tried to explain what he wanted and she told him that she didn’t understand and then basically did what she wanted. He then told me she charged him 24.00 for just a haircut. The precision haircut is 19.00 which is what he got. The MVP haircut is 24.00 which includes a hot towel shampoo and massage. Non of these my son received. It makes me very very upset that because he was a kid and didn’t know what he was suppose to pay she took advantage of that and overcharged him. He did not give her a tip which I am glad. I will give sports clips another chance because this has been the only issue and have been going here for going on 2 years but I will make sure that I go with him from now on so he doesn’t get taken advantage of.

Friendly & clean environment. However, after getting home with my 13 year old son. It was unfortunate to see that the back of his hair where it was cut using a #2 clipper but was a diagonal line and not straight at all. We never went back. It's too bad, b/c I think he liked going here.

I’ve been a customer for years with Sportclips in Columbus GA. The only complaint I’ve ever had is the occasional wait due to the high traffic in the store. This past weekend we used the online check in and I have to say that experience is a game changer for Sportclips. Checked in online with my sons stylist with a 35 min wait. I got there about 10-15 mine before my appt, waited 5 mins and my son was sitting with the stylist. We were in and out with zero issues. Great experience! I highly recommend marketing it more because I know other customers would love it. Use the TV’s in the store to run an occasional push of checking online?
